Despite describing himself as weak and insignificant, Pastor Adeboye cautioned those who criticize and mock him, warning that such actions often lead to unfortunate consequences.

Adeboye emphasized that while he may be nothing and frail, his God is a consuming fire. He referenced biblical figures like Paul, who considered himself less than the least of the saints, to illustrate his point.

Addressing the congregation, Adeboye stated: “Adeboye is weak, he eats pounded yam and goes to the toilet. But his God is stronger than the strongest. Adeboye is nothing but his God is the All-sufficient God.”

He further clarified that while mocking him may seem insignificant, mocking his God is a different matter altogether. Adeboye emphasized the biblical principle that God often chooses the weak and foolish to confound the wise, ensuring that only He receives the glory.

In conclusion, Pastor Adeboye urged humility and cautioned against mocking the God he serves, emphasizing that while he himself may be subject to ridicule, his God remains a consuming fire.
