Sowore Appoints Spokesperson

Presidential candidate of the African Action Congress, Mr Omoyele Sowore, has appointed Onyinye-Gandhi Chukwunyere as his official spokesperson for the forthcoming 2023 Presidential 2023 elections.

Mr Chukwunyere, who hails from Ekwereazu, in Ahiazu Mbaise Local Government Area of Imo State, is a legal practitioner, policy analyst, and international affairs commentator.

In a statement on Wednesday morning, Publicity Secretary of the AAC, Olorunfemi Adeyeye, noted that the appointment was effective immediately.

The statement read, “Our presidential candidate, Mr Sowore has appointed Onyinye-Gandhi Chukwunyere as his official spokesperson for the forthcoming 2023 Presidential 2023 elections.

“As president of the Legal Aid Group, Nigeria, Chukwunyere was actively involved in the advocacy for efficient resource management, transparent leadership, and rapid socioeconomic development in Africa.

“He worked extensively as a legal practitioner in the Oil and Gas sector, human rights Law, and in exposing illicit financial flows to and fro the African continent.

“He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria.

“This appointment is effective immediately.”
