Students In Panic As Edo Govt Shuts Down Ambrose Alli University Satellite Campuses

The Edo State Government has officially directed the immediate shutdown of all satellite campuses linked to Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma.

According to the statement, the government has mandated that all academic programs and courses be conducted solely at the university’s main campus in Ekpoma.

The move is part of Governor Monday Okpebholo’s broader commitment to elevating the institution’s educational standards. The statement read:

“In line with Governor Monday Okpebholo’s dedication to enhancing the quality of Ambrose Alli University and the government’s substantial investments in the institution, all satellite campuses outside the main campus are hereby closed with immediate effect.”

The Governing Council and university management have been instructed to implement this new policy without delay.
