Lawmaking For Community Building

Laws have been made, bills passed, motions raised yet the people remain thesame a tale of moving fast on one position and ringmarolling in one spot.

The three (3) arms of government viz with their functions explicitly spelt still can’t apply the principle of separation of power and rule of law because these institutions do not apply the bottom-up policy.

As an aspirant whose intention is to build and make the already existing legislative arm function better, I do believe the citizens should be treated with an open terrydoor policy so as to benefits from the dividends of democracy.
