Expressing his discontent with the current state of affairs in America, Johnson stated, “Am I happy with the state of America right now? Well, that answer’s no.” Despite his concerns, he maintained optimism about the nation’s potential for improvement and emphasized the importance of unity in overcoming present challenges.

Reflecting on his endorsement of Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris in 2020, Johnson acknowledged that his decision was based on what he believed was best at the time. However, looking ahead to the upcoming election cycle, he opted for a more private approach to his political affiliations, stating, “The endorsement that I made years ago with Biden was what I thought was the best decision for me at that time… I will not do that.”

Emphasizing his desire to bridge divisions in the country, Johnson asserted his commitment to “bring this country together” and declared his intention to keep his voting preferences confidential. Despite his skepticism toward politicians, he expressed unwavering faith in the American electorate and pledged to wholeheartedly support whoever the public chooses as president.
