  1. Data Repository:
    • A comprehensive census will be conducted to gather data on all schools, teachers, pupils, and students across Nigeria, covering their conditions, facilities, qualifications, and other relevant information.
    • The collected data will guide federal and state interventions, monitor gender ratios, identify specific learning needs, and track students’ progress in real-time through dedicated portals.
  2. Out-of-School Children’s Education and Training:
    • Existing government policies targeting out-of-school children will be expanded and enhanced to benefit more beneficiaries, with a focus on providing education and training to these children.
  3. Teachers’ Development and Support:
    • The Federal Ministry of Education will provide support and training to teachers in digital skills, enabling them to integrate technology into classrooms effectively.
  4. Skill Development and Acquisition for All Levels:
    • Tinubu has approved the National Skills Framework to ensure that each level of education equips students with the necessary skills, knowledge, and values for success in the 21st-century global economy.
    • This framework aims to address skill gaps, improve the quality of education, and tackle unemployment concerns by imparting specific skill sets alongside general knowledge.

Once fully implemented, these programs are expected to revolutionize learning and bridge the gaps in the education system, aligning with President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
