Speaking at an event in Abuja during the unveiling of two books authored by Nigeria’s Ambassador to Russia, Professor Abdullahi Y. Shehu, Gowon lamented the emergence of Boko Haram as a significant challenge to Nigeria’s peace and development, following the devastation of the Civil War.
