Breaking: Prominent APC Leader And Former Chairman Passes Away Suddenly

Oke, who was first elected as Chairman in 2011 and re-elected in 2017 under the All Progressives Congress (APC) platform, was a respected figure in Lagos grassroots politics. Before his political career, he worked as a media practitioner with African Independent Television (AIT).
According to reports, Oke’s health took a turn for the worse on Friday, February 7, 2025, prompting his rushed admission to a Lagos hospital. Despite efforts by medical professionals, he passed away two days later, leaving behind a legacy of political service and media contributions.
