Nollywood Actress Reportedly Passes Away In Lagos

According to Ireporter Online, the Nigerian film industry has been thrown into mourning following the reported death of Nollywood actress and producer, Allwell Ademola. The actress was said to have passed away on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at the age of 43.

Industry sources disclosed that Ademola was rushed to Ancilla Hospital in Agege, Lagos, by a neighbour, where she was later confirmed dead. Reports circulating within the entertainment circle suggest she took ill at her residence before being taken to the hospital.

Allwell Ademola was known not only for her work as an actress and producer but also for her influence in nurturing upcoming talents in the Nigerian film industry. She was also the granddaughter of the late Sir Adetokunbo Ademola, the renowned jurist and former Chief Justice of Nigeria.
