President Muhammadu Buhari has celebrated former Military President, General Ibrahim Babangida, on his 81st birthday anniversary.
In a statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mr Femi Adesina, Buhari noted the roles played by Babangida in shaping the political and economic development of Nigeria.
“President Muhammadu Buhari sends best wishes to former military President, Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida on his 81st birthday August 17, 2022.

“President Buhari joins family, friends and associates of the former leader in celebrating another year, heralded by God’s benevolence and mercies.
“President Buhari prays for longer life, good health and strength for the octogenarian,” the statement reads.
