“2Baba’s Brother Appeals For Help: ‘You’ve Endured Too Much, Let Us Rescue You’”

According to Ireporter Online, Hyacinth Idibia, brother of Nigerian music legend Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, has publicly appealed to the singer amidst reports of marital difficulties with his new wife, Natasha.

The call for intervention follows claims by 2Baba’s former manager, Kaka Igbokwe, during a Facebook live session with media personality Daddy Freeze, alleging that the singer is involved in a toxic marriage. Kaka stated that Natasha, a member of the Edo State House of Assembly, has reportedly engaged in physical abuse and disrupted 2Baba’s business operations.

Kaka also accused Natasha of exercising strict control over 2Baba’s finances, struggling to account for funds, and failing to pay staff associated with the music icon.

In response, Hyacinth took to Instagram, urging his brother to accept help. He shared an audio recording of a song in which 2Baba speaks about an independent woman draining his finances, noting the lyrics appear to reflect his real-life circumstances.

Hyacinth wrote, “You’ve always been ahead. Always been brilliant. Lyrics meant to inspire, but somehow, it is unfolding real time… Painful reality, allow us save you, Oyinem, you have been suffering for too long. God knows.”
