As I Walked Away, I Heard It” — Woman Recounts Unusual Cab Search Encounter

The woman, identified on X as @_Ola_sun_kanmi, explained that the incident began when a beggar approached her requesting financial assistance, which she did not respond to. Shortly after stepping down from the bus and struggling to get a cab, she noticed the woman began praying for her.

Despite the situation, she remained silent and continued on her way. However, she was later taken aback by comments made by the same individual.

Recounting the experience, @_Ola_sun_kanmi said she heard the woman remark, “The next thing I heard was, ‘You people will be acting like God.’ I didn’t wait to hear the rest. As I walked away, I heard, ‘If you check well, she doesn’t even have money like that. Someone that looks like she hasn’t eaten for two days.’”
