Nigerian singer Adebayo Adeleke, popularly known as B-Red, has expressed confidence that Nigeria would experience significant changes if his father, Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke, eventually becomes President.

B-Red made the remarks during an interview on the Echoroom podcast while responding to questions about reports and discussions surrounding his father’s possible presidential ambition.

The singer admitted that he would prefer his father to avoid the presidential race because of the enormous pressure and scrutiny that come with occupying the nation’s highest political office.

Despite his reservations, B-Red spoke positively about his father’s character, describing him as someone with a strong desire to help people.

According to the singer, should Ademola Adeleke eventually become President, he believes the governor would focus on addressing the needs of Nigerians and improving their living conditions.

B-Red also argued that his family would not need to pursue political office for financial gain, stressing that his father’s motivation would be to serve and make a difference.

He said his father would be committed to meeting the expectations of Nigerians and using the opportunity to improve the country.

The singer’s comments have since generated discussions about Ademola Adeleke’s political future and the possibility of the Osun governor seeking a higher office at the national level.
