BREAKING: Tinubu Nominates More Ministerial Nominees (FULL LIST)

President Bola Tinubu has nominated three additional candidates for ministerial positions, and he has formally written to the Senate to seek their confirmation.

During Tuesday’s plenary session, Senate President Godswill Akpabio presented a letter from President Tinubu outlining the nominations of Balarabe Abbas Lawal from Kaduna State, Dr. Jamila Bio Ibrahim from Kwara State, and Mr. Ayodele Olawande from Ondo State.

In August 2023, the Senate vetted and approved 45 ministerial nominees, while rejecting three candidates. Among the notable rejections was former Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai.

The other two rejected nominees were Stella Okotete from Delta State and Abubakar Danladi from Taraba State.
