In a Friday statement, Lado commended Tinubu’s commitment to assembling a competent and diverse team aligned with the administration’s goals.
He also praised Senate President Godswill Akpabio and the Senate’s efficiency in confirming Tinubu’s new nominees, emphasizing Akpabio’s “uncommon professionalism” in swiftly facilitating the process.
“The President’s selection of high-caliber ministers shows his determination to tackle Nigeria’s challenges,” Lado said. He expressed confidence that the Senate’s prompt confirmation will drive Tinubu’s vision of accelerated national development.
Following their confirmation, the newly appointed ministers are expected to promptly assume office, filling recent vacancies in the cabinet.
According to Lado, “The ministers were chosen for their expertise, extensive knowledge, and experience, equipping them to drive impactful reforms across crucial sectors.”
He added that these appointments reflect Tinubu’s responsiveness to the Nigerian people and his dedication to providing the dividends of democracy.
“This selection also represents President Tinubu’s dedication to fostering national unity, peaceful co-existence, and social harmony, creating a foundation for a stronger and more inclusive Nigeria,” Lado stated.
