Devastation And Grief: Annie Idibia Reveals Painful Miscarriage Of Twins

Nigerian actress Annie Idibia has courageously shared the emotional experience of losing a pregnancy last year, revealing that she was expecting twins before suffering a miscarriage.

In a candid moment during an episode of the reality series Young, Famous and African, Annie disclosed the painful journey she faced. “You know, the whole of last year, I wasn’t as present in the group. I was pregnant with twins, but I had a miscarriage,” she shared on the show.

Annie expressed the immense difficulty of dealing with her grief, explaining that at the time, only her husband, renowned singer Innocent Idibia (2Baba), and her mother were aware of her loss.

“I wish I had someone in this group I could talk to about being pregnant and sharing the excitement, only to lose it. It was really hard,” she said, describing the emotional toll of the experience.

In the same series, fellow actress Ini Edo also opened up about her struggles with fertility and motherhood, revealing her decision to turn to surrogacy after facing multiple challenges.
