involvement in fraudulent, collusive, and corrupt practices linked to the National Social Safety Nets Project in Nigeria.

According to the World Bank’s findings, the companies and Mr. Didam were found to have violated the institution’s Anticorruption Framework during the 2018 procurement process. Investigations revealed that the companies misrepresented conflicts of interest in their bids and unlawfully accessed confidential tender information from public officials.

Additionally, Viva Atlantic Limited and its CEO falsified experience records, submitted forged authorization letters, and offered inducements to project officials in exchange for preferential treatment.
