EFCC Arrests Popular Crossdresser, Bobrisky

Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have apprehended the controversial Nigerian crossdresser, Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky. Confirming the arrest, the spokesperson of the commission, Dele Oyewale, disclosed that Bobrisky was apprehended for currency mutilation and the abuse of the Naira. Oyewale further mentioned that Bobrisky would soon be charged to court.

“He is with us. We arrested him over currency mutilation and abuse of the Naira. He is in our facility in Lagos state,” Oyewale stated.

Bobrisky Reveals Motive Behind Crossdressing

Meanwhile, Bobrisky has shed light on the reason he opted to transition his gender from male to female. The controversial media personality revealed that he initially began crossdressing as a marketing strategy.

During his undergraduate days at the University of Lagos, Bobrisky was selling unisex clothes and utilized crossdressing as a means to promote his merchandise. He shared this insight during an interview with veteran entertainer, Charly Boy.

The crossdresser expressed that he had not anticipated that his crossdressing endeavors would eventually lead him to embrace transgenderism.
