Recognizing the untapped potential in Nigeria’s culinary realm, she established the Hilda Baci Academy, offering aspiring chefs and food enthusiasts the opportunity to glean from her wealth of experience and knowledge.

“During our recent session, we empowered fortunate students with resources to kickstart their ventures. This year, we continue the tradition by granting lucky students a full scholarship to the esteemed Red Dish culinary institution, a $1,000 Amazon gift card, N1 million for 10 individuals, N5 million for one individual, iPads, iPhones, and a MacBook,” she announced.
