According to Ireporter Online, Ike made the revelation during an interview with Kaptain Jeff TV, where he reflected on his experience in the BBNaija house and the strategy he would have used if given another opportunity.

The reality TV star explained that he initially believed winning tasks and performing well in competitions would be enough to secure victory, but he later realised that emotional connection with viewers also played a major role in determining the winner.

Ike disclosed that despite participating in several tasks and earning rewards during the show, his total earnings from that season were less than ₦4 million, with most of the money coming from smaller rewards accumulated throughout the competition.

He admitted that if he had understood the dynamics of the show better, he would have embraced emotional moments and connected more strategically with viewers in pursuit of the grand prize.

The former housemate, however, stated that he had no regrets about his relationship with a fellow contestant during the show, insisting that the relationship was genuine and not a calculated move to gain public support.

Ike explained that the experience was meaningful to him and that the only thing he would change about his BBNaija journey would be his approach towards winning the ultimate prize.

He added that if he had another chance to compete, he would explore different strategies to secure victory while still appreciating the memories and experiences he gained from his time on the show.
