Just In: Super Eagles Set For AFCON 2025-Battle Against Benin, Libya, Rwanda In Group-D (Full-Details)
Nigeria’s national football team, the Super Eagles, has been placed in Group D for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers alongside Benin Republic, Rwanda, and Libya.
The draw, held in South Africa on Thursday, outlined the path to Morocco in 2025, where the tournament will be hosted from December 21, 2025, to January 18, 2026.
The qualifiers, featuring 48 countries divided into 12 groups of four teams each, will commence in September and conclude in November 2025. Top two teams from each group will secure direct qualification to the tournament.
