On behalf of the Niger Delta Youth Movement (NDYM), the umbrella body representing the dynamic youth across the Niger Delta, I, Major Frank Ekene, the National President, extend our profound congratulations to Engr. Abubakar Momoh, FNSE, on his well-deserved appointment as the Minister of Regional Development. The expansion and renaming of the Ministry of Niger Delta by President Bola Tinubu signifies a renewed commitment to nationwide development, and we are honored to witness Engr. Momoh lead this charge.

Engr. Momoh’s steadfast commitment to the welfare of the Niger Delta and his compassionate, fatherly role in guiding and uplifting our communities is an inspiration.
