In a heartfelt message on Friday, Bichi described the railway project as a game-changer for Kano City, enhancing connectivity, facilitating trade, and driving economic growth.

“The railway line will not only improve residents’ quality of life but also position Kano as a major hub for commerce and industry,” he stated, applauding Tinubu’s vision and dedication to infrastructure development.

Bichi, an engineer, expressed deep appreciation, saying, “As Nigeria continues its journey toward progress, we sincerely thank President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his visionary leadership.

“The allocation of ₦150 billion in the 2025 budget for the Kano railway project is a clear testament to his commitment to national development.”

He further highlighted Tinubu’s broader focus on infrastructure, noting that the 2025 budget prioritizes revitalizing hospitals and strengthening healthcare infrastructure.

“The Kano railway line funding is a major step in the administration’s efforts to transform Nigeria’s infrastructure landscape,” Bichi emphasized.

He also praised the government’s economic recovery strategy, citing the budget’s revenue projection of ₦18.32 trillion and total government expenditure set at ₦27.50 trillion as a well-defined roadmap for Nigeria’s fiscal growth.

Additionally, Bichi acknowledged the contributions of Bichi Federal Constituency representative, Abubakar Kabir Abubakar Bichi, for championing development projects.

He also lauded APC National Chairman Abdullahi Umar Ganduje for his role in stabilizing the political landscape and inspiring efforts toward national progress.
