NNPCL Announces Partnership Areas Ahead Of Share Listing
The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has revealed its plans to begin listing on the capital market in accordance with the provisions of the Petroleum Industry Act 2021. Soneye shared that Olugbenga Oluwaniyi, the company’s Chief Finance and Investor Relations Officer, disclosed the plans during a consultative meeting with partners at NNPCL’s headquarters. He outlined key partnership areas, including Investor Relations, IPO Readiness Advisors, and Investment Bank Partners, noting that the company would select the best offers in each category.
NNPCL is currently engaging with potential partners through an initiative known as the “NNPC Ltd. IPO Beauty Parade,” which is in line with capital market regulations ahead of the Initial Public Offering (IPO). According to Oluwaniyi, the objective of this initiative is to evaluate potential partners and assess how they could contribute to the company’s IPO process.
