The NSIB has initiated an investigation into the crash, emphasizing that search operations are continuing in hopes of locating survivors. A team of NSIB Aviation Safety Investigators, along with representatives from the Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Development, arrived at the Nuim Antan facility at 11:30 a.m. local time. They conducted interviews with key personnel to collect information essential to the investigation, departing from the FPSO by 3:24 p.m.
