NYSC Boss Calls for Skill Acquisition to be Added to NDA Curriculum

Director-General of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Brigadier General Yushau Ahmed, has called on the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) to include skills acquisition and entrepreneurship training in its curriculum. He emphasized the importance of equipping future military officers with vital entrepreneurial skills that could benefit them both during and after their service.

Brigadier General Ahmed noted that the rapidly evolving global economy demands more than just military training. Integrating skill acquisition programs would empower NDA cadets with knowledge in various trades and business opportunities, preparing them to excel in multiple fields beyond their military careers.
