Burna Boy made this remark in response to a Davido fan who labeled him an “ode” for his recent loss at the Grammys, where he missed out on four awards.

Commenting on a post on Burna Boy’s X account, the Davido fan, using Davido’s image as his profile picture, wrote: “Ode, bottled four Grammys.” In response, Burna Boy retorted, “The real joke is in your display picture.”

Later, Burna Boy deleted his comment after the fan changed his profile picture from Davido to another image. When another fan teased Burna Boy for deleting his comment, suggesting that he couldn’t handle criticism, Burna Boy explained that he did so because the troll changed his profile picture.

Despite Burna Boy’s deletion of the comment, it sparked backlash on social media, with many condemning the action.
