Tragic Incident: Man Found Dead In Car On Church Premises During Good Friday Service

A middle-aged man identified as AJ was discovered dead in his car at Mechanic Village in the Idimu area of Lagos State while attending a Good Friday service at a nearby church. According to eyewitnesses, another church member noticed AJ sitting in his car and exchanged greetings with him, but received no response. Upon closer inspection, the member found AJ motionless in the vehicle. Efforts to revive him were unsuccessful, as he was already foaming from the mouth.

The incident caused shock and apprehension in the community, prompting the abrupt end of the church service. Members consoled AJ’s wife, who was also present during the service.

The tragic event left the community in mourning, with refreshments prepared for the service left untouched due to the somber atmosphere. While details surrounding the cause of death remain unclear, the police have not commented on the incident when contacted.
