Among the key appointments, Trump has selected Tom Homan, a staunch advocate for strict immigration enforcement, as the “border czar” to oversee immigration and deportation policies. Additionally, Trump has tapped New York Congresswoman Elise Stefanik, a close ally and vocal supporter of Israel, to serve as the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations. Should her nomination be confirmed by the Senate, Stefanik will play a crucial role representing U.S. interests at the U.N., especially amid ongoing conflicts in Gaza and Lebanon.

Stephen Miller, a former senior advisor renowned for his hardline anti-immigration views, is also set to return as Deputy Chief of Staff. This reappointment further emphasizes the continuation of Trump’s stringent immigration policies, particularly concerning border security and deportation.

Trump has also named his co-campaign manager, Susie Wiles, as his new Chief of Staff.

With the inauguration scheduled for January 20, Trump is laying the foundation for the swift execution of his policy agenda.
