Biden affixed his signature to the bill, which was appended to a $95 billion foreign aid package passed by Congress this week, allocating additional funds to Israel, Ukraine, and Taiwan.

In response, TikTok has declared its intention to challenge the new law through legal channels. Alex Haurek, a spokesperson for TikTok, labeled the legislation as “unconstitutional” and asserted the company’s resolve to contest it in court.

This move comes after TikTok successfully navigated a legal confrontation with former President Donald Trump in 2020.
