Wike made this declaration during a meeting with Kalilou Traore, the ambassador of Cote D’Ivoire to Nigeria, in Abuja on Wednesday.

He assured Traore that tax obligations would be waived, citing reciprocity as Nigeria’s diplomatic missions abroad also enjoy similar exemptions.

In response, Traore conveyed the embassy’s intention to commence the development of its land in Maitama District, aligning with the FCT Administration’s directive. Additionally, he expressed the embassy’s eagerness to bolster bilateral cooperation between Nigeria and Cote D’Ivoire.

Proposing the twinning of Abuja with Yamoussoukro, the political capital of Cote D’Ivoire, Traore emphasized the significance of strengthening ties between the two nations.
