During a press conference held at the APC Abuja National Secretariat, Professor Abdulkarim Kana, the National Legal Adviser of the party, asserted that the court order obtained against Ganduje was fraudulent and thus unenforceable. Kana emphasized that such an order would not be recognized or respected, labeling it as invalid.
The press conference was convened following a courtesy visit to Ganduje by the Ganduje Ward and Local Government executive committee members. Kana further emphasized that those responsible for Ganduje’s suspension are not legitimate members of the APC, implying that their actions lack authority within the party.
This stance underscores the party’s firm rejection of the court order and its unwavering support for Ganduje as the national chairman of the APC.
