Popular Nigerian comedian and content creator Chukwuebuka Amuzie, better known as Brain Jotter, has raised concerns over an alleged harassment incident involving suspected thugs while driving in Lagos.

According to Ireporter Online, the comedian shared a video of the incident on his official Instagram page, where he expressed frustration over what he described as an unpleasant encounter on the road.

In the footage, a group of men could be seen confronting Brain Jotter’s vehicle on a Lagos road. The comedian alleged that the men blocked his car and demanded money before allowing him to continue his journey.

Reacting to the incident, Brain Jotter criticised the situation through a caption accompanying the video, using a metaphorical reference to a lion escaping from a zoo to express his displeasure.

The development has drawn attention to longstanding concerns over the activities of suspected area boys, commonly referred to as agberos, in parts of Lagos.

Residents and other members of the public have repeatedly raised concerns about alleged harassment, intimidation and demands for money by individuals operating around major roads and transport corridors.

Brain Jotter’s experience has added to the growing public discussion about road harassment and the need for stronger measures to protect motorists and commuters from unlawful obstruction and intimidation.

The comedian has not disclosed whether he intends to pursue any formal complaint over the incident or identified the individuals involved.
