Breaking: Tinubu Appoints Atiku’s Ex-Spokesman And Three New Directors-General

This includes Daniel Bwala, a former spokesperson for Atiku Abubakar, marking a notable addition to Tinubu’s administration.

The new appointments are as follows:

  1. Mr. Olawale Olopade – Director-General, National Sports Commission. With years of experience, he formerly served as Ogun State’s Commissioner for Youth and Sports and led the 2024 National Sports Festival organizing committee.
  2. Dr. Abisoye Fagade – Director-General, National Institute for Hospitality and Tourism. A seasoned marketing professional, he is also the founder and managing director of Sodium Brand Solutions.
  3. Dr. Adebowale Adedokun – Director-General, Bureau of Public Procurement. Previously, he was the Director of Research/Training and Strategic Planning at the bureau.
  4. Daniel Bwala – Special Adviser on Public Communications and Media (State House). A respected lawyer and public affairs analyst, he now serves directly under Tinubu’s administration.

According to Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser on Information & Strategy, the President urged the newly appointed officers to carry out their duties with dedication and patriotism to serve the nation.
