EPM Group Congratulates Minister of Regional Development, Engr. Abubakar Momoh, FNSE
The Minister of Regional Development, Engr. Abubakar Momoh, FNSE, received a rousing congratulatory visit from the Election Planning and Monitoring Group (EPM) at his office.
