As part of efforts to address this issue, the Minister has summoned the top executives of Abuja Electricity Distribution Company, Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company, and the Transmission Company of Nigeria to a crucial meeting. During this meeting, they are expected to elucidate the current challenges in power supply and present actionable plans for immediate improvement.

The move comes amid mounting frustrations among Nigerians due to erratic power supply, causing disruptions in economic activities and imposing additional costs on businesses and households alike.
