Prime Minister Modi is set to arrive in Nigeria on Saturday. His visit will be the first by an Indian prime minister since Dr. Manmohan Singh’s state visit in 2007, which led to the establishment of a strategic partnership between the two countries.
The statement further revealed that President Tinubu and Prime Minister Modi will engage in bilateral discussions aimed at further strengthening the ties between Nigeria and India. The leaders will also exchange signed Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) to enhance cooperation in key sectors.
