ireporteronline  reports that Senator Monday Okpebholo of the All Progressives Congress (APC) was declared the winner of the September 21, 2024, election by the electoral body.

Speaking with journalists, ICPC spokesperson Demola Bakare confirmed that the commission had received several complaints against INEC officials. Observers, including legal professionals under the Tap Initiative, visited ICPC’s headquarters to demand accountability, alleging that INEC had produced two sets of result sheets (EC8A) during the election.
