• The announcement, made by NCAA’s Director of Public Affairs and Consumer Protection, Michael Achimugu, highlighted that these operators ignored the Nigeria Civil Aviation Regulations 2023 Part 18.3.4.
• This regulation strictly prohibits Permit for Non-Commercial Flights (PNCF) holders from engaging in commercial operations, including transporting passengers, cargo, or mail.
