NDYM Edo State Chapter Pays Courtesy Visit To Rubber Research Institute Iyanomo [Photos]

Members of Niger Delta Youth Movement, NDYM led by its Chairman and Secretary, Comrade Asoro Philips and Comrade Idemudia Osarentin yesterday paid a courtesy visit to the Rubber research institute of Nigeria, Iyanomo Benin City.

The visit which was more like a familiarity visit was to fashion ways the institute and the movement can be able to work together to the benefit of the youths and society at large.

The delegation was warmly received by the Director of Research Dr Timothy Esekhade and the secretary Mr Ojuloge Felix. The director highlighted the challenges the institute faces while also sensitizing the youths and the general public to invest in the rubber plantation business.

The visit which is part of the NDYM’s relationship-building initiative would see the Niger Delta group embarking on similar visits to other Federal Government agencies as well as state agencies to update themselves with the activities of these agencies.

Also, the movement would be using the opportunity in informing these agencies about their activities in the State and the Niger Delta region.
