the Nigeria Police Force has remained resolute in neutralizing security threats, achieving several successes. One notable operation occurred on November 28, 2024, when police officers from the Borno State Command successfully thwarted a terrorist attack. A group of armed assailants launched an assault on the Jakana Divisional Police Headquarters in Borno at approximately 1:00 AM. However, the attackers were met with strong resistance from the brave officers of the Nigeria Police Force. The police successfully repelled the attackers, leaving many with bullet wounds, while one officer sustained injuries and is currently receiving treatment.
