The notorious Cult leader of Rivers State, Gift David Okpara, known as 2 Baba, and his gang, who are subject to a ₦101 million bounty, have boldly released a new video from their undisclosed forest hideout.

The video, lasting about two minutes, surfaced exactly a week after the gruesome and dismembering murder of SP Bako Angbashim, with footage showing his mutilated remains.

We cannot confirm whether the video was recently recorded or if it is an older one posted to divert the attention of security forces on their trail.

Nevertheless, some observers suggest that the video is likely not recent, but rather posted to create confusion among the public, especially during a time of heightened pressure on security agencies tracking them.

They argue that if the video were freshly made, they would have likely boasted about the killing of SP Bako Angbashim, the DPO.

In the video, various rifles, assorted alcoholic drinks, and a shrine are displayed. They also pay tribute to the Iceland Cult fraternity.

As of the time of filing this report, the police had not yet responded to the new video, whether it was old or recent.
