According to Bello’s statement, the EFCC’s claims of inviting him for interrogation immediately after his tenure ended on January 27, 2024, lack substantiation. He challenged the EFCC to produce evidence of the invitation, including details such as the delivery date and recipient’s name/endorsement, asserting his confidence that the agency cannot provide such evidence.
