Gov Adeleke Refuses To Bow To Blackmail, Vows To Continue Infrastructural Development

The governor, who was speaking at a project commissioning event, accused the opposition of promoting ethnic division among the people. He emphasized that his administration treats all towns and cities equally, without fear or favor, and will not succumb to pressure from those who failed the state for decades.

Adeleke emphasized that his focus is on both soft and hard infrastructure, and that his administration will continue to press ahead with development projects across all sectors. He assured residents that resources will be used judiciously to build social amenities and create facilities that will ease their economic and social lives.

The governor also highlighted his administration’s five-point agenda, which includes building roads, airports, water systems, schools, and hospitals. He vowed that his team will not relent in creating and recreating facilities to enhance the lives of Osun people, despite limitations imposed by others.

Adeleke’s statement comes as his administration marks its midterm anniversary, with a focus on delivering good governance and promoting development in the state
