I Am Going To Be Impeached’ – Trump Warns Republicans

US President Donald Trump has warned that he could face another impeachment attempt if Democrats gain control of Congress in the November midterm elections.

According to Ireporter Online, Trump raised the concern while addressing supporters at a political rally in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, where he campaigned for Republican Senate candidate Darline Graham.

Trump, who has previously been impeached twice by the US House of Representatives and acquitted by the Senate on both occasions, predicted that Democrats would target him if they regained control of Congress.

The president told his supporters that a Democratic victory could put his administration’s policies at risk, including tax cuts, immigration measures and border policies.

Trump warned that losing control of Congress would have serious consequences for his administration and the Republican Party, arguing that Democrats would seek to reverse several of his policies.

He also claimed that taxes could rise, wages could decline and businesses could leave the United States if Democrats took control of Congress.

The president urged Republican voters to approach the midterm elections with the same determination they would have if he were personally on the ballot.

Trump said the election should be treated as a referendum on his administration and encouraged his supporters to turn out in large numbers to protect the Republican majority.

His comments come amid growing political attention surrounding the upcoming midterm elections, with Democrats seeking to make gains in the House of Representatives while control of the Senate remains more closely contested.

Trump’s remarks also reflect concerns within the Republican camp that losing congressional control could make it significantly more difficult for his administration to advance its legislative agenda.
