for Defence Media Operations (DMO), the operation has led to the successful rescue of 181 kidnapped victims and the capture of 40 individuals involved in oil theft. Troops also recovered large quantities of illegal weapons, ammunition, and stolen crude oil during the offensive. The military has pledged to continue its efforts to ensure the safety and security of citizens, particularly as the country approaches the Ondo State governorship election on November 16.
