Man Stabs Wife to Death Over Alleged Infidelity

In a separate incident in Nekede, Owerri West Local Government Area, Imo State, a man reportedly stabbed his wife to death following suspicions of infidelity. The tragic event unfolded after a neighbor alerted the husband about his wife’s alleged extramarital affair, prompting him to rush home and discover the disturbing scene.

In a fit of rage, the husband attacked his wife with a knife, resulting in severe injuries that proved fatal. The wife’s lover, however, managed to leave the scene unharmed. The Imo State Police Command has been alerted to the incident, and the Commissioner of Police has directed an investigation to ascertain the facts and ensure justice prevails.
