According to Ireporter Online, the 68th Annual Grammy Awards took place on Sunday, February 1, 2026, at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, honouring exceptional achievements across the global music industry over the past year.

The ceremony was hosted by renowned media personality Trevor Noah, who bowed out after his sixth and final appearance as host. While the televised event showcased major categories, a significant portion of the 95 awards were presented earlier during the non-televised premiere ceremony, which was hosted by actor and singer Darren Criss.

The night saw several artistes and industry professionals emerge as multiple winners. Kendrick Lamar claimed three awards, while Lady Gaga, acclaimed producers Cirkut and Jack Antonoff, and celebrated recording engineer Serban Ghenea also recorded multiple wins.

Bad Bunny dominated the top categories, securing both Record of the Year for “DtMF” and Album of the Year for “Debí Tirar Más Fotos.” Lady Gaga won Song of the Year with “Abracadabra,” while Olivia Dean was named Best New Artiste. Cirkut received Producer of the Year (Nonclassical), and Amy Allen earned Songwriter of the Year (Nonclassical).

In the pop categories, Justin Bieber won Pop Solo Performance for “Daisies” and Pop Vocal Album for “Swag,” while Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande clinched Pop Duo/Group Performance with “Defying Gravity.” Lady Gaga also won Dance Pop Recording for “Abracadabra,” with Tame Impala taking Dance/Electronic Recording for “End of Summer,” and FKA twigs winning Dance/Electronic Album for “Eusexua.” Gesaffelstein claimed Best Remixed Recording for “Abracadabra (Remix).”

Rock honours went to Yungblud for Rock Performance, Nine Inch Nails for Rock Song, and Turnstile for Rock Album. The Cure dominated the alternative categories, winning both Alternative Music Performance and Alternative Music Album.

Kehlani led the R&B categories with wins for R&B Performance and R&B Song for “Folded,” while Leon Thomas secured Traditional R&B Performance and R&B Album. Durand Bernarr won Progressive R&B Album with “Bloom.”

In rap categories, Clipse alongside Pusha T and Malice won Rap Performance and Rap Album, while Kendrick Lamar and SZA earned Melodic Rap Performance for “Luther.” Mad Skillz won Spoken Word Poetry Album.

Jazz awards were spread across several acts, including Chick Corea, Christian McBride and Brian Blade for Jazz Performance, Samara Joy for Jazz Vocal Album, Sullivan Fortner for Jazz Instrumental Album, and the Christian McBride Big Band for Large Jazz Ensemble Album. Gonzalo Rubalcaba, Yainer Horta and Joey Calveiro won Latin Jazz Album, while Nate Smith claimed Alternative Jazz Album.

Other notable winners included Laufey for Traditional Pop Vocal Album, Arkai for Contemporary Instrumental Album, and the Original Broadway Cast of Buena Vista Social Club for Musical Theater Album.

In country music, Chris Stapleton won Country Solo Performance, Shaboozey and Jelly Roll earned Country Duo/Group Performance, Zach Top won Traditional Country Album, and Kelsea Ballerini claimed Contemporary Country Album.

American roots and blues categories saw wins for Mavis Staples, Jon Batiste, Billy Strings, Buddy Guy, Robert Randolph, and I’m With Her, while the Regional Roots Music Album award went to A Tribute to the King of Zydeco by various artistes. Cece Winans closed the night’s honours with Gospel Performance/Song for “Come Jesus Come.”
