Henry Okoye, the eldest brother of the former music duo P-Square, has expressed doubts about the possibility of Peter and Paul Okoye resolving their differences, saying years of conflict may have caused significant damage to their relationship.

According to Ireporter Online, Henry made the remarks during an interview with social commentator Jos Connection at the Okoye family residence in Plateau State on Friday, where he discussed the renewed dispute involving Peter, Paul and their elder brother and former manager, Jude Okoye.

Although Henry acknowledged that Peter had made efforts toward resolving the family disagreement, he said he remained uncertain that the twins would eventually restore the close bond they once shared.

He said he would welcome a reconciliation but expressed concern that the prolonged nature of the dispute could make it difficult for the brothers to return to their former relationship.

Henry also appealed to Paul to consider making peace with Peter, recalling instances in which he said Peter had shown concern for his twin during difficult periods.

The family member further claimed that Paul had changed considerably over the years, describing the development as surprising given his previous character.

Henry also referenced Peter’s recent public accounts of the events surrounding the family crisis, saying he had followed the series and believed the issues needed to be addressed.

He disclosed that he had previously attempted to help resolve disagreements within the family and said several individuals had also intervened without achieving a lasting solution.

The eldest Okoye brother further revisited claims concerning the early years of P-Square, alleging that he had been promised a percentage of the duo’s earnings after contributing to their early development.

He also claimed that Peter had previously directed him to Jude when he raised questions about money he believed was owed to him.

Henry maintained that he wanted peace restored within the Okoye family and urged the brothers to put their differences aside.

However, another major disagreement emerged in 2024, with Peter publicly raising allegations concerning their music business, management and finances. Paul, on his part, defended Jude and disputed several of Peter’s claims.

The family dispute subsequently spilled into legal proceedings involving Jude, who faced allegations concerning funds linked to P-Square’s business activities. Peter later appeared as a witness and made claims about the management of royalties and companies associated with the group.

The brothers have continued to present different accounts of the events that contributed to the latest breakdown in their relationship.

Despite the ongoing tension, Henry said he had forgiven everyone involved and remained committed to seeing the family reconcile.

He urged his siblings to let go of past grievances and work toward restoring peace, stressing that his greatest wish was to see the Okoye family reunited.
