Lecture 101: Tinubu Responds to Internet Trolling, Calling Out Their Poverty Mentality.
If Tinubu had lost the last presidential election, he would have been completely destroyed politically, morally, and otherwise, because he would have never had the opportunity to repair his image.
Tinubu was psychologically abused and reviled by internet trolls to the point where, if I were Tinubu, I would have jumped into the Lagoon, but politics is not for the faint of heart. Prior to the elections, all we heard on social media were gaffes after gaffes that were doctored and tailored to completely demolish his image.
His success, on the other hand, has provided him with a golden opportunity to prove the haters wrong, not because he needs to establish a point, but because the truth is coming to light now that the online trolls have been defeated and have no reason for doctoring tapes and speeches to make Tinubu look like a dunce.
We no longer see any BALABLU garbage from these guys nowadays. Tinubu described these Nattering Nitwits as having poverty thinking today.
Yesterday, during the inauguration of the 12th flyover built by Wike in less than four years, Wike asked Tinubu to please repay the money to the state because the majority of the roads were Federal roads.
Well, Tinubu jokingly replied to Wike that he owes him no promises of a refund and that if Rivers State wants a refund, they should lobby him when he is sworn in as president on May 29th.
His justification is that he hasn’t been sworn in and lacks the authority to sign a kobo, but these Nattering Nitwits misinterpreted his words and made false claims that Tinubu had deserted Wike.
Last night, Tinubu explained that he was joking and that until he is sworn in, he lacks the authority to make executive decisions.
However, during the commissioning of an ultramodern magistrate complex in Rivers state today, he stated that their statement only demonstrated a lack of proper thinking because they would have known that he has no power to take executive decisions now unless he plans to pay with his personal money, which he does not have.
As a result, he branded it POVERTY THINKING.
On what basis is Tinubu providing Wike an assurance when he hasn’t been sworn in? His argument that they have poverty-level mentality was an appropriate answer that makes a lot of sense.
As God would have it, Tinubu has won, and every day we hear him speak clearly without making any mistakes, without reading from a script, and without quivering or stuttering.
The moral of this story is that if you are on a quest, you must not listen to the naysayers. You will never arrive at your destination if you stop and throw stones at every dog that barks.
Before you see monkey, monkey don see you, so now Tinubu don win e don tell dem word, and for real it’s real a matter of poverty thinking.
